About Us

SCA approach provides GP trainees with the practical knowledge and skills needed to excel in general practice. Our platform features detailed articles and lectures that bridge the gap between theory and practice, with consultation and lectures that give you more insight into how to manage your patient.

Dr Ezzat Khairallah (MBBCh, MRCGP, DRCOG)

Ezzat passed his SCA exam in April 2024 with a high score. He then qualified in August 2024 from the North Devon VTS scheme.

He is now working as a salaried GP in Tiverton and as a speciality doctor in dermatology in North Devon (Royal Devon University Hospital)

He is leading the SCA approach in collaboration with an excellent group of GPs. He contributed to writing the cases on the website. He is leading the one-day seminars and participating in running the mock exams.

 

Dr Simon Jones (BSc, MB BS London, DCH, DRCOG, DFFP, DTM&H, DipClinEd, MRCGP, MPH)

Simon is a senior GP and GP trainer with more than 25 years of experience in primary care. He was the trainer of Ezzat in his GP training. He has revised and corrected the cases on the website, adding more insight and practical knowledge on how to excelently manage your patients. He is also occasionally contributing to delivering the mock exams and the one-day seminars.  

Dr Emma Trevor Jones (Bsc, MBBS, MRCP, MRCGP) 

Emma passed her SCA in April 2024 with a top score. She then qualified in August 2024 from the North Devon VTS and now works as a salaried GP in Somerset. 

Emma has consultation recordings on our SCA Approach website, and she also regularly participates in our SCA Approach Mock Exams.
